Global Shipping
Duties and Taxes - Please be advised that a duty or tax will most likely be due on your package at delivery time. We cannot accurately estimate the amount due. Please call your customs office and ask before ordering! They will need the total value of the package being imported. Williams Cycling will not be responsible for any taxes, duties, tariffs, or importation fees levied by countries outside the United States on products shipped to its customers. These charges are separate from Williams Cycling shipping charges and are beyond our control or ability to predict in advance. These charges (if any) are your sole responsibility.
Proper Labeling - We label all order customs forms as 'merchandise' using the full value of the items being exported.
