Build Specifications: The
strict build tolerances of our wheels are among the best in the entire
industry. Each and every wheelset is built with a maximum lateral tolerance of
0.3 mm, radial tolerance of 0.4 mm and dishing tolerance of 0.5 mm. Spoke
tension is tested and adjusted to remain between 900 ~ 1100 N for the front
wheel and 1100 ~1300 N for the rear wheel’s drive side.
Stress Relief: In
order to keep the spoke from twisting during wheel building, we carry out spoke
stress release to make sure both of the strength of the hub spoke holes and
carbon rim nipple hole corresponds with the strength in need.
Final Quality Check: Each wheel undergoes one final check

Williams new hubs
incorporate revolutionary new designs along with a cassette body that
contains 6 Pawls, 60 Ratchets.
The 6 pawls have been
engineered to divide the engagement into 2 groups that are 3 pawls or
6 pawls in the engagement process. Each group of pawls engages into
ratchet ring at the same time whenever drive torque is applied, this
translates into faster and more efficient power transfer. In addition
we have added a high-strength, hardness and precision fine extrusion
process to the pawls and overall design.

Sapim D-light Spokes
A butted spoke is drawn to its specific profile, which defines its high strength.
Disc brake approval
The short 2mm section of the d-Light reduces weight especially on the
threaded side. The 2mm section starts just at the beginning of the
thread. Therefore, the rotating masses at the end of the spoke are
especially reduced. This brings benefits to both the acceleration and
braking qualities of the wheel. The use of 14G nipples offers a wide
variety of combinations.
The middle section is increased to 1,65mm, which makes the spoke much
stiffer and brings less torsion during truing than a 1,5mm middle
section. This results in an easier building process of the wheels.
